When a customer in a fitting room realizes she needs a different size or color, she presses a FlorCall button to summon an associate. Everyone saves time, and try-ons turn into sales more often.
And while your associates can’t be everywhere at once, monitoring sensors and cameras can. As customers move from department to department, you need associates with ready answers. “That will be back in stock before the sale ends.” “Yes, your discount applies to that item.” Without leaving the customer, an associate can quickly get answers from other associates.
When a customer arrives to pick up an online order outside, he presses a weather-resistant FlorCall button to provide order details to an associate inside. FlorAlert has already messaged the associate’s radio to pick the online order from stock and place it in the right bin by the pickup area. Customers can also use interior FlorCall buttons to summon assistance when they have a product question, for example, or want to pick up a layaway item.
